Training Style
People learn in different ways. While you may previously have defined yourself as a 'visual' or 'auditory' or any other type of learner, Kolb categorises elearners into 4 simple classficiations:
  • Activists
  • Reflectors
  • Theorists
  • Pragmatists
To find out what type of learner you are, take our interactive quiz:

The Green Training Company caters for all 4 types of learning in all of our training courses.

For Activists

The content is kept active with animation, video and interactivity. Activists will not get bored and there are lots of opportunities to learn about risks in a safe, simulated environment.

For Reflectors

Our elearning modules are designed to be flexible. They are broken down into manageable pieces of information and can be stopped, started, restarted and reviewed multiple times. This allows reflectors the time they need to build confidence in their skills.

For Theorists

The content is structured in sections of clear content and theories which are tested separately. Links out to further resources allow theorists to explore issues in more detail.

For Pragamatists

Practical, real world examples and activities are included to ensure pragmatists feel the content is relevant and applicable. Downloadable forms and other resources make implementation of skills an easy and practical possibility for the pragmatist.
